I. COMPANY HISTORY
Mon Chong Loong Trading Corp. is a New York based corporation established in 1979. M.C.L. has grown rapidly in the last 23 years, from a small father & son retail grocery concern to one of the largest Asian food importers and distributors in the United States. M.C.L. handles over three thousand food & grocery products, many under exclusive contracts. To this day, M.C.L. is still entirely family-owned. We have customers in all fifty states, as well as Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. We service Asian supermarkets nationwide, plus numerous mainstream supermarket chains as well as many distributors to the ethnic groups in all areas.
Mon Chong Loong began as a small retail grocer in New York City's Chinatown. In 1983, M.C.L. purchased its first 21,000 sq.ft. warehouse facility. In 1988, M.C.L. continued its expansion, purchasing a 52,000 sq.ft. warehouse facility in Long Island City, New York. By 1993, we had outgrown that facility as well. In September 1993, M.C.L. purchased a 120,000 sq.ft. warehouse/distribution facility in Maspeth, New York. In 1999, M.C.L. extended its expansion to the west coast, this time to Hayward, California, and again in 2001 in Bell, California.
II. WAREHOUSE/DISTRIBUTION FACILITY
M.C.L.'s headquater is located at 56-72 49th Place, Maspeth, New York, is known for its easy access to highways and bridges, and close proximity to New York City, New Jersey and Connecticut. It is an ideal location for a warehousing facility and distribution center.
M.C.L. owns and occupies the entire 120,000 sq.ft. warehouse, which includes a 10,000 sq.ft. office and showroom space, and a 10,000 sq.ft. walk-in freezer. It is one of the best facilities of its kind, with a 30,000 sq.ft. parking lot and 12 exterior truck loading bays, for safe and efficient loading and shipping. Our entire sales staff operates out of this facility 6 days a week. Currently, M.C.L. handles over 3,000 different food and grocery products. General business hours are Monday through Saturday, from 8:00am to 7:00pm.
M.C.L. owns (8) eight 24' small trucks to handle our local daily deliveries, (10) ten 28' midsize 10 wheelers for surrounding states shipping and (4) four 48' tractor trailers for distance states hauling. Our trucks and tractor-trailers deliver nationwide. For cities where we do not transport directly, we employ outside trucking to haul shipments, so that our products are given national accessibility and exposure.

A. UNILEVER CANADA, INC.
Asian Business Unit Since 1991, we have been the exclusive distributor representing Unilever Canada, Inc., throughout the entire Asian markets for the entire United States, for the following products and brand names:
Knorr: the entire product line, including broth soup, soup mix, seasoning & fish sauce. Torto: dessert mix. Robertson: jello mix. Lady¡¦s Choice: sandwich spread. Lipton: tea leaves, instant tea bags, and instant mix 3 in 1.
B. AMOY FOOD LIMITED, HONG KONG
Amoy is one of the best selling sauce & paste product lines in the Far East. We are their sole distributor in the United States, selling a great variety of sauces and Frozen dim sum. Amoy has passed the toughest inspections of the USDA, UK, Japan and French MAFF, and has been successful in obtaining export permits to these countries. Locally, Amoy was the first sauce manufacturer to be awarded the "Q-Mark" Quality Award. Amoy is also part of the Group "Ajinomoto Co. Inc.", a leader in the world food industry.
C. ACH FOOD COMPANIES, INC.
ACH has the most significant and diverse edible and specialty food ingredients oils business of any food company in North America. Within its Consumer Products Group, this includes marketing Mazola, the preeminent brand of corn oil in North America along with Argo, the leading brand of corn starch.
D. THAI PRESIDENT FOOD, BANGKOK THAILAND
Since 1992, we have represented Thai President Food as the sole distributor on the entire East Coast for their award-winning and best selling Mama instant noodle. These two products are among the most popular products among the Thai, Vietnamese and Malaysian communities.
E. VENUS FOOD, INC., CITY OF INDUSTRY, CALIFORNIA
Since 1993, we have been the sole agent for Venus Food¡¦s popular frozen product line. Their frozen products do exceptionally well with supermarkets, and has gained great popularity throughout the restaurant industry.
F. SUNNY MAID CORP., TAIWAN
We exclusively represent Sunny Maid's line of canned drinks on the East Coast. They are the premier selling canned juice drink in Taiwan. We have also successfully introduced their products, such as Mixed Fruit Juice and Guava Juice, to the Vietnamese, Cambodian and West Indian Market. Chin Chin brand has gained great popularity in this market.
G. McCALLUM INDUSTRIES LTD., NEW ZEALAND
We are the sole agent for the entire East Coast. McCallum is the producer of Palm: corn beef and liver spread.
H. PROFOOD INTERNATIONAL CORP., PHILIPPINES
Profood International Corporation is the largest Philippine-based dried mango producer and the standard-bearer of world-class processed fruit products from the Philippine Islands. We are their sole agent for the entire East Coast.

I. HEINZ UFC PHILIPPINES, INC.
Heinz UFC Philippines, Inc./SAFI is a Filipino-owned corporation engaged in the production of food and condiments. UFC Holdings, Inc. (UHI) is the leading player in the Philippine catsup market, and Southeast Asia Food, Inc. (SAFI) remains the dominant player in the local condiments market. The combined entity has a portfolio of several market-leading brands of catsup, vinegar, soy sauce and other segments of the condiment industry. The company recently formed a joint venture with global food giant Heinz, for its catsup business. We exclusively represent their products on the East Coast.

Mr. Coco offers supreme quality of coconut milk and drinks. Oriental King offers a large amount of variety ranging from rice, salted eggs, canned and dried vegetables, noodles and drinks etc. Master Chef¡¦s products range from spices, flour, and dried vegetables. Kam Cheung has products ranging from rice, sauces, frozen fruits, and flour. QQ offers all kinds of jelly flavor drinks ranging from lychee, banana, honey, coconut and sugar cane, etc. Hopsing Lung offers premium oyster soy sauce.
